Children’s Ministries Volunteer Coordinator – Brookside Campus
DESCRIPTION
The volunteer coordinator provides general support to Children’s Ministries and promotes the ongoing mission of Christ Community Church.
LOCATION: Brookside Campus
REPORTS TO: Pastor of Children’s Ministries
STATUS: Part-Time
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sunday Morning Hourly Supervisor
- Direct volunteers
- Oversee children’s ministry department for one service
- Communicates any needs and observations to supervisor
- Provide administrative support and service
Weekly
- Provide communication to volunteers
- Coordinate all volunteer positions
- Attend weekly children’s ministry planning meeting
Children’s Ministries Special Events & Training
- Direct support to Pastor of Children’s Ministry for special events (such as VBS)
- Attend and help lead teacher orientation/child protection training
- Participate in ongoing children’s ministry training
- Help administer, plan, and serve at volunteer appreciation events
