This special event is a celebration just for 8th graders who are soon to be high schoolers!

We will spend our time “galavanting” around Kansas City—exploring the city as friends and disciples of Jesus. We will find great things to eat, have fun, and continue to develop friendships.

In response to the 8th grade vote on the activities to do on this galavant around the city, here is a general schedule:

• Start the day at 8:30 AM at the Leawood Campus for a morning treat
• Traveling by car, we’ll head for the top-voted activity
• Pizza at a highly recommended restaurant
• Next stop is the activity that ranked second highest vote
• Last stop is ice cream before heading back to the Leawood Campus around 4:00 PM

• The cost is $40, but that pays for all food and fun activities.
• You’ll only find out where we’re going if you come!

This is an opportunity for the 8th graders to celebrate their time in middle school before moving into high school!
