“DISCover Your Parenting Skills” Workshop
November 4 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

The “DISCover Your Parenting Skills” workshop will be held on Saturday, November 4, 9 AM-12 PM. There will be a snack break but the workshop will conclude before lunch.
We will hear from certified, licensed Behavior Consultant Sarah Nickel, on the DISC Model of Human Behavior. This model celebrates how the people in our families are wired. When we understand behavior, we can more effectively build productive, meaningful relationships rather than stressful and frustrating interactions within a household.
In this workshop, we will:
- help parents discover and understand their own strengths, tendencies, and needs,
- help parents gain insights into the unique strengths, tendencies, and needs of their children,
- help families understand the God-designed differences in each other, and how to relate to, engage with, and effectively communicate with people who are different than you.
Cost for this event is $10 per participant, which includes an online Adult Concise Assessment and a DISC parenting workbook for each participant who registers.
Following your registration, you will receive a code to take your online assessment. Participants should bring their 6-page assessment report results to the workshop. DISC Parenting workbooks will be provided.
