This one-time class will cover the ramifications of, and suggestions on how to improve, sleep for physical, mental, and emotional health.
Dr. Gayln Perry, M.D. will present information in conjunction with Walter Disney, M.S. – MFT and Liz Nelson, M.A. LCPC.
