Eden to Eternity is an exhibit made up of forty stunning molas collected from various Cuna artisans on the San Blas Islands, just off the coast of Panama. Molas are panels of reversed embroidery meant to be applied to the front and back of Cuna women’s blouses. Each mola in this collection is a beautifully designed interpretation of a biblical story with whimsical treatments and tender insights. These works of art remind us that we are a part of a global church and that artistic worship is as multifaceted as the tribes and tongues that make up the kingdom of God.

Children’s Ministries Summer Recruitment

Leawood

One of our greatest opportunities is investing in our children. Think about the impact that was made in your own life by adults who invested their time and energy into children’s ministry when you were that age.Without those faithful servants, where would you be today?WOULD YOU HELP BY INVESTING IN OTHERS?When we dedicate children at Christ Community, as a congregation we vow to be a part of the children's lives and help them grow in their faith and apprenticeship with Jesus.A very real and tangible way you can help fulfill this mission is by serving a few times over the summer. This is not a huge commitment, but it makes a huge difference. If you are willing to help in a classroom, in a supervisor role, with check in, or with safety and security, we would love to hear from you. Please FILL OUT THIS FORM and let us know you’re willing to jump in for a short time this summer.Thank you for helping us be the church that serves our children and their families.
