Women’s Summer Book Club

Olathe

This study is full. Please contact Sara Clark at [email protected]“What did God use to draw a radical, committed unbeliever to himself? Did God take her to an evangelistic rally? Or, since she had her doctorate in literature, did he use something in print? No, God used an invitation to dinner in a modest home, from a humble couple who lived out the gospel daily, simply, and authentically. With this story of her conversion as a backdrop, Rosaria Butterfield invites us into her home to show us how God can use this same “radical, ordinary hospitality” to bring the gospel to our lost friends and neighbors. Such hospitality sees our homes as not our own, but as God’s tools for the furtherance of his kingdom as we welcome those who look, think, believe, and act differently from us into our everyday, sometimes messy lives—helping them see what true Christian faith really looks like.”Join us in a warm, home environment with sisters, conversing about the book The Gospel Comes With A House Key and building relationships. There will be three group options that will meet 5 times each during the summer. Choose one that best fits your schedule!Mondays at 7:00 PM starting June 17th.127th & Quivira*No childcare

Men’s Morning Bible Study

Downtown 208 W 19 St., Kansas City

Are you a man hungry to grow, connect, and change? So much in our culture either manipulates an exacerbated machismo or emasculates men. What does Scripture call men to be, do, become? We believe God calls us to become more whole, humble and courageous followers of Jesus with accountable relationships to spur on endurance until Christ returns. These weekly gatherings create a space to encourage men on that journey.
