Shawnee Families
No matter what stage you’re in: from little kids, to middle grades, to students, we have a place for you at Christ Community.
Welcome Parents!
No matter what age your children are, we have a plan for
keeping them safe and to help you help them grow spiritually.
Children
Sunday Children’s Ministries programming
9:00 AM for Birth–5th grade | 10:45 AM for Birth–5 yrs
Beginning 15 minutes prior to the service, parents may drop off their children. Look for the Check-In desk in the lobby. Parents pick up their children immediately following the worship service.

BIRTH–2 YRS
BUILDING A FOUNDATION
Children at this age are bonding and learning
to trust God, His Word, and the church. In this important stage, we want to introduce our kids to their Heavenly Father through leaders, songs, hands-on activities, and Bible stories.

3 YRS–5 YRS
DISCOVERING GOD
Your child will learn: God MADE me, God LOVES me, and Jesus wants to be my FRIEND forever. Through age-appropriate activities, preschoolers are building their spiritual foundation.

K–5TH GRADE
We want to equip kids through an intentional time of relationship-building in small groups, worship, and large group teaching. Your child will learn that God loves them, they can trust him no matter what, and they should love others like Jesus loves them.
Safety is our priority!
We want our Children’s Ministries spaces to be healthy places for children. Please do not bring your child to their classroom if they have any of the following:
Fever within last 24 hours; Runny nose that is not clear; Questionable rashes; Coughing; Diarrhea; Impetigo; Active chicken pox; Measles/mumps; Pinkeye
Any child on antibiotics should have been on the drug for at least 24 hours before checking in to Children’s Ministries.
Students
Helping students know the gospel and be known by the church.
We gather. We grow. We give.
At Christ Community, we know that your middle school and high school years can be tough. But they can also be amazing. And amazing happens as you discover your purpose and find a sense of belonging in the world.

Specifically, we believe that you can discover your purpose and find a sense of belonging by knowing the gospel and being known by the church. Student Ministries is here to help you with that by caring for you and your family through your middle school and high school years.
